Step right up: pick what you love, we'll handle the rest! You click to order, we whip it into shape, and off it goes on its shipping adventure!
We're usually quick as a wink in getting your order ready, taking around 1-2 business days after we've got your payment sorted, but sorry, no magic happens on weekends and public holidays!
Shipping methods and times
We offer standard shipping options within Malaysia.
Standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia.
Deliveries to East Malaysia may take longer.
Shipping rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package.
Your order shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery address
Customers must provide accurate and complete shipping information during checkout.
If your order is within the first few hours of being confirmed and you need to edit your shipping address,
please email us.
If your order has been processed and packed up, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
Delivery issues
Customers are encouraged to track their orders using the provided tracking number or email us.
Refunds, returns and exchanges
In the event that your order arrives damaged and defect in any way, please email us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition within 48 hours upon receiving.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
- Refunds are only available for defective items upon receipt.
- Refunds are not provided for incorrect item orders.
- When it comes to exchanges, please note that you can only swap your item for another of the same kind and color options.
